The reason many can't successfully build a downline.
Many are destined to fail right from the very beginning and it has nothing to do with their opportunity. It could be the best opportunity in the world and it wouldn't matter.
Why?
Because they are lacking a system that is duplicatable.
What is a duplicatable system?
A duplicatable system is a method that can be taught to your downline. They can easily understand it and they can do the same. It can be used over and over by every team member thus allowing your downline to grow while doing the same for them.
Anyone can use a proven duplicatable system because it works. How many people can hop on one leg at 4:03 pm while contacting their leads and then speaking 5 different language to them as they mentor them.
Not many? LOL. That is not duplicatable and if your downline depended on you and everyone you recruit doing that then the business will not grow.
But if you give your downline a system that everyone can utilize then you can achieve much success.
